If any changes, deletions or cancellations are made to any travel or travel packages purchased  through Vacations Inspired these changes, deletions or cancellations may be subject to  penalties in the form of change, deletion or cancellation fees. The amount of the fees will be  dictated by the tour company or airline that the package or travel was purchased from. The  amount of the penalty will also be affected by the purchase or non-purchase of travel  insurance. Any refunds will come from the airline or tour company that we have booked the  travel through and will be minus any penalty fees. 

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of this website and or services  provided by Vacations Inspired, LLC. shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Oregon. 

Any use of this website or utilization of Vactions Inspired, LLC services shall be construed as an  express agreement to personal jurisdiction in the State of Oregon and an express agreement to  resolve all disputes or legal proceedings utilizing the courts of Oregon.
